Reynolds began his career in the financial services business with Sterne, Agee, and Leach Inc. in 1993 working in the mutual fund department. In 1997, he became a financial services representative with Northwestern Mutual. In 2006, Reynolds joined Millennium Settlements and added settlement planning to his financial services business. Reynolds continues his practice today focusing on providing settlement and financial solutions for his clients.
Reynolds has received numerous awards in the disability income market and has spoken to the Alabama Worker's Comp Association and other affinity groups regarding the use of structured settlements to resolve tort claims. Reynolds works with numerous nonprofit organizations to advance quality of life for the developmentally disabled.
