Susan began her career in structured settlements in 2001 and joined Millennium Settlements in May of 2010. Prior to that, she worked in alternative risk management and began her career in the real estate field.

Her responsibilities include handling all aspects of case management including preparing quotes, designing settlement illustrations, updating files, and preparing and finalizing the settlement documents. Achieving the highest level of client service, she has vast experience in medical malpractice, general liability, and Workers' Compensation cases.

Ms. Engelen graduated with a 4.0 GPA in Accounting and holds her Life and Health Insurance License in California.
