Emillye James graduated from Flagler College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. While a full-time student and immediately following graduation, Emillye worked for Growth Innovations in Tallahassee, Florida. Emillye was hired as a marketing assistant for the company’s line of children’s toys. She was quickly promoted to the Director of Marketing.

Desiring a career change, Emillye joined Millennium Settlements in 2006 as Executive Assistant for Chris Diamantis, CEO, and Kyle Bollman, CFO.
